Player
- On the registration homepage go to the Player Registration bulletin
- Select the option to Create a NEW Family Account when prompted
- If you already have a Family Account, do not choose this option. You only need to create one Family Account for all TeamSportsInfo.com registrations
- On any login screen, select Forgot Password? Click Here
- If known, enter your Username and click Submit
- Check your Inbox for the Password reset email
- YOU MUST RESET YOUR PASSWORD FROM THE SAME DEVICE FROM WHICH THE PASSWORD RESET WAS REQUESTED
- If you forgot your Username, enter the email that is associated with your account
- Check your Inbox for the Password reset email that includes your Username(s)
- If you have created more than one account using the email address entered, you will receive multiple responses (you will need to choose one of these Usernames)
NO, a Family Account is for Player registration ONLY.
For security purposes, Staff (Coach) and Club Rep Accounts require separate login access with different usernames. Be sure to save your usernames and types of account in a secure place.
The Waiver(s) is(are) found on the registration screen. When you check the box below the Waiver, you are electronically agreeing to its content. A copy of the Waiver(s) is(are) included in your confirmation email.
- This indicates that one of the registration fields is not being accepted
- When on this screen, scroll up and look for the error message
- When you correct this information, you should be able to proceed
- Be sure your Player's USA Lacrosse number is valid through the dates of the event
- If not, contact USA Lacrosse to renew your membership: https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership
- If it is valid through the required dates, be sure your Player's last name spelling and date of birth in your Family Account agree with what USA Lacrosse has on record
- If all this is correct and you still see an error message, please send your family account username/password, your Player's name, DOB and USA Lacrosse number to support@teamsportsinfo.com and we will look into the issue
- On the registration homepage, under the Player Registration bulletin select Click Here to BEGIN a Player Registration
- Proceed until you Login
- Then in the upper right Family menu, select Review/Edit Family Account
- Under Players, click on the "+" to add a player
- Be sure to save your changes
- You can then proceed to register your Player
- When logged in, click on Player or Family in the upper right corner, and under this select Review/Edit Family Account
- After you have made your edits, be sure to proceed to the Family Account review screen and click Submit to save your changes
- Under the Player Registration bulletin, select Click Here to BEGIN/EDIT a Player registration
- On the next screen, select the button next to: FOR PARENTS: Update my Player’s UNIFORM NUMBER and /or TEAM ASSIGNMENT
- If your Player is already registered on a site, Login in the upper right corner
- Select your Player's role for the event for which you want to edit information
- Then under Player in the upper right corner, select the Player Registration menu
- Proceed to the registration screen and make your edits
- Be sure to select Submit Registration to save your changes
- Note: To change a Unfiorm Number or Team Assignment on a tournament site please refer to the previous answer
In general, tournaments do NOT require Players to make any payments to register and sign the Waiver(s).
- If your Player is already registered on a site, Login in the upper right corner
- Select your Player's role for the event for which you want to edit information
- Then under Player in the upper right corner, select Pay Balance Due
- You should receive a confirmation email when successful
- To refresh your session, Logout in the upper right corner
- Then on the registration homepage, under the Player Registration bulletin select Click Here to BEGIN a Player Registration
- Proceed until you Login and continue to advance to the payment screen once again and reattempt payment
- If there is a Player fee for an event, payment is required to be an Active Player and be on a roster.
- If payment is not successful, your registration is saved as Inactive. See previous answer on how to reattempt payment.
- Contact your coach or club director if you have any questions on this.
My Player is playing in a League on two different teams. How do I register them for the second team?
- On the registration homepage, under the Player Registration bulletin select Click Here to BEGIN a Player Registration
- Proceed until you Login
- Then in the upper right Family menu, select Review/Edit Family Account
- Under Players, click on the "+" to add a player and create a second profile for your Player with a different first name, like Player First Name plus Middle Initial, so you will have two of this Player in your Family Account
- Be sure to save your changes
- You can then proceed to register your Player for the second team with the additional profile
Coach
- On the registration homepage go to the Coach Registration bulletin
- Select the option to Create a NEW Staff (Coach) Account when prompted
- If you already have a Staff (Coach) Account, do not choose this option. You only need to create one Staff (Coach) Account for all TeamSportsInfo.com registrations
- On any login screen, select Forgot Password? Click Here
- If known, enter your Username and click Submit
- Check your Inbox for the Password reset email

- When logged in, select a Staff Role, the click on Staff in the upper right corner, and under this select Review/Edit Staff Account
- After you have made your edits, be sure to proceed to the bottom of the screen and click Submit

- If a Player is on the Public Roster, they have signed the electronic waiver (required during Player registration)
- If any changes need to be made in a Player's details, you can contact the Parents or your Club Rep to make the change(s)
- Register on a Players site for your team, then contact your Club Director and ask them to approve you as Coach for the team(s) you requested.
- When approved, Login in the upper right corner
- Select your role with the Club Players site
- Then under Staff, select Email Club Rosters
- To contact all parents/players on your team, select Email/SMS
Club Rep
- On the registration homepage go to the Club Rep:Team Registration bulletin
- Select the option to Create a NEW Club Rep Account when prompted
- If you already have a Club Rep Account, do not choose this option. You only need to create one Club Rep Account for all TeamSportsInfo.com registrations

- When logged in, select a Role, then click on Club Rep in the upper right corner, and under this select Club Rep Account
- After you have made your edits, be sure to proceed to the bottom of the screen and click Submit
- When logged in, select a Role, then click on Club Rep in the upper right corner, and under this select Club Teams Registration
- Depending on timing, you may be able to Edit or Add teams.
- Do NOT Delete a team without notifying the Tournament Director
- When logged in, select a Role, then click on Club Rep in the upper right corner, and under this select Pay Balance Due
- On the registration homepage, go to Public Rosters to view Players who are currently self-rostered

To change a team assignment, position or uniform number for any of your Players:
- When logged in, select a Role, then click on Club Rep in the upper right corner, and under this select Club Rosters
- Select the Player's Team
- Click on the pencil on the left side of the table, make the edits, then click the check mark to save your changes
